Alison Morgan, founder of Relauncher is an absolute trail blazer in the wellness world. Everyone loves her and her infectious enthusiasm that captivates audiences across Australia. The wellness world is full of so many amazing people and Alison is definitely one of them. Alison is a specialist in Health & Wellness Business Coaching working closely with clients to grow and market their businesses to become thriving entities within the industry. Alison is also the creator of the Australian Health & Wellbeing Networking Events, the Mindfulbiz Podcast and a respected Industry Blogger. As a busy and successful business women who also looks stunningly fit I was fascinated to find out how Alison rocks wellness from her plate.
Tell us about yourself and your business.
I’m a specialist in Health & Wellness Business Coaching, creator of the Mindfulbiz Podcast and an Industry blogger. I’m also a Mum of 2 boys aged 11 & 12 and married to a Advertising Man – which means he works incredibly looooooong hours!
Why do you choose to be fit and healthy?
I’ve always lived a healthy lifestyle. I grew up in Perth beside the beach, so being outdoors has always been natural to me. I love the way I feel when I eat well, sleep well and move – it’s an incredibly addictive feeling!
Who are your inspirational superstars who get your butt moving and nutritious inspiration going on your plate?
My kids inspire me to keep moving. They are always bounding about the place, so I tend to follow suit. They are both good long distance runners which I find incredibly inspiring. When it comes to nutrition, all I have to do is open my Instagram feed to be inspired. I have a very balanced approach to food – serving wholefoods and sidestepping processed foods.
What do you usually eat for breakfast?
I always have my homemade muesli with almond milk. On the weekends, I sometimes have poached eggs with spinach and avocado.
What would we always find in your fridge?
Almond Milk, Coconuts & LOADS of vegetables!
What are your favourite snacks?
Activated Almonds, Celery and Strawberries
What areas of cooking or eating healthy do you love or find challenging? i.e. quick snacks for the kids, breakfast ideas, post workout snacks.
I love whipping up a protein smoothie for the family after exercising. My pantry is filled with all the superfoods, so I just put it in the blender with some fruit and coconut water – so easy and delicious!
How do you keep fit?
A mixture of yoga and cardio. At the moment I’m enjoying bootcamps down at the beach now that the weather is becoming warmer. I’m finding I need a bit of cardio to kickstart my metabolism after winter.

What are your goals for your business?
To streamline my business. Each year as Christmas approaches, I look at what I can further streamline to make it simpler. I’m also currently working on growing my customer base and reaching a wider audience. So much fun!
