Healthy Meatballs You Have To Have

Healthy meatballs are such a simple protein backup to have stocked in your freezer.  Great for packing into the kids lunchboxes or for any hungry mouths as they return from school.  This recipe idea is often part of a nutrition coaching for a busy mum or teenager.  Nourishing real foods stashed away in the fridge and freezer is a great way towards lasting health.  Kickstart Your Health is my toolkit to integrate into all my client’s lifestyles before we start any costs of nutrition coaching.
