Green Smoothie Recipe
2 tablespoon of Whey Protein
2 large double handfuls of baby spinach
1 apple, chopped into chunks
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
If you are not used to green smoothies, they can seem slightly hardcore. Preserve, and gradually over time increase the amount of green leafy vegetables you use. You might like to experiment with adding cucumber, parsley, spirulina powder, wheatgrass, orange, organic coconut oil, coconut water, celery and other types of green leafy vegetables.
