Greek yoghurt is one of my favourite dairy products. The fewer the ingredients in yoghurt the better it is for you. The best nutritional deal is plain yoghurt, which has only two ingredients; live cultures and milk. Those who are lactose intolerant may be able to still enjoy yoghurt because the live yoghurt culture found in yoghurt contains enzymes that break down lactose, making it suitable for some lactose intolerant people. Yoghurt contains a good source of calcium and potassium. Some brands and types of yoghurt also have B vitamins and selenium.
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
pinch sea salt and cracked black pepper
Mix all the ingredients up in a jam jar.
