Weight loss is beyond willpower and calorie counting.  The majority of our citizens today are overweight. Obesity is now branded as an ‘epidemic’. Even more alarming is the contribution of obesity to ill health is apparently now greater than that of tobacco smoking.  Recent studies suggest obesity is a fundamental driver of some of today’s most significant health conditions.  Getting the weight off and keeping it off is often not easy.  Delicious nourishment and exercise are undoubtedly the path back to a healthy weight.  What also needs addressing are conditions including; appetite control, low metabolic rate, lack of motivation, chronic metabolic acidosis, gut toxicity, stress and environmental chemical overload.
