Anti-inflammatory foods help with inflammatory conditions, including; arthritis, asthma, eczema, dermatitis, hayfever, hives, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, and sinusitis.  These conditions are somewhat genetic, however, that doesn’t mean the symptoms are unavoidable.  In today’s world, I think it is vitally important for all of us to include as many anti-inflammatory foods in our diets as possible.
